Neither of us ever had friends who tried to fix either of us up with anyone, until we both got fixed up by friends! Amazingly we did not share the same friends but various people knew of either of us. I wonder if at parties, sometimes people sit around brainstorming who could get fixed up with who? I've never been to one of those parties but I'd like to return the favor because boy was my life dry before we met. Getting together let us share those friends too, so now we run with a big crowd and yes there are several people who like say "I fixed you too up."
